Michael DeLee received his Bachelors degree in History, cum laude from Brandeis University in 1992, and his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration dual degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2010.

Michael has been in private law practice since 2010, representing individual clients and diverse businesses in a wide range of legal matters including but not limited to general civil litigation, real property transactions and related litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, contracts and sales matters, commercial transactions and related litigation, mining claims and water rights, chapter 11 bankruptcy, business formation and business law.

Michael also accepts pro bono cases from the Volunteer Alliance for Rural Nevada (VARN) and Legal Aid of Southern Nevada and has helped many clients in Nevada and California on a free or reduced-fee basis.
